"Clean room with the exception of carpet. Bottom of feet were black from walking on carpet. Carpet needs deep cleaning."

"Upon arrival, we was given a room that had open wires in the bathroom that was unsafe and could cause a person to be electrocuted. They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance book so we couldn’t did not have a light for the bathroom because we couldn’t stand in the seat the strobe light the customer service was horrible. The follow up was horrible. I will never stay here again and I really want my money back to be honest with you because it was a horrible. They also advertise that they had microwaves in the room, and when we got there, the rooms did not have microwaves in them, and he claimed that they never advertise that I’ve included a picture of the advertisement with the microwave."

"The staff were wonderful! Most of them have been there there for decades! The hotel is under construction so there was a little noise during the day. However, we stayed in a brand new room and it was so nice! I will definitely be stay there again next month when I come back through!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. I went there for a staycation and reserved the deluxe room with the jacuzzi tub! It was just what I needed. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The bed was very very comfortable! The room was spacious. The only nack against it is that the building needs upgrades/renovations as far as the walls, floors, lighting and some plumbing. I brought my own food so I was good. The staff members at the desk were nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!"

"Property was clean, large stain in room 222 on carpet, not much room to stretch and do floor exercises in the tiny gym, not impressed with breakfast especially on the weekend. Staff is always amazing throughout the day and evening. Wish they had microwaves in each room for late night meals. Bar was never really open while there. Pool was closed for maintenance. Overall quite and clean facility. Love the guest visitors bathrooms upon entering the facility. Back main entrance door is broken."

"The hotel was nice and centrally located. Common areas could have been cleaner. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and the AC stopped working around 5a. Staff were great and breakfast was fresh and delicious."
