Pros…. Huge amount of linen available for use Comfortable beds Great pillows Loads of bath sheets instead of skimp towels Close to beach Easy street parking but garage also available Washing machine and dryer Cons,,,, Air conditioner not functioning in desperate need of service A significant lack of power outlets especially in an age of technology No wifi TV is just a flat screen not a smart TV so no streaming Bedside lamps but nowhere to plug them in! No hangers in closets, had to supply our own Nothing available to wash dishes (as in cleaning cloth/sponge) No smoke detectors (this is a legality). Bathroom and toilet door locks non functioning No dishwasher but you tough it out. Very noisy from early morning with the main traffic thoroughfare at the door. Would I stay here again? Probably not, better to look at a more modern complex.

Not an overly impressive stay at Breakers 6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably not somewhere I’d stay again due to the following...Air conditioner was not functioning due to a sensor error which probably relates to poor maintenanceThe bathroom and toilet door locks didn’t work so no privacyNo coat hangers supplied although we left plenty behindNo dishwasher or even a cloth to clean dishes, again we left plenty for the next tenant. No smoke alarms despite them being a legality in NSWNo wifiFlat screen but not a smart TV so not able to stream any servicesInadequate power points for a family that uses technologyBesides lamps provided but nowhere to plug them inClose to main road so very noisy trafficOn the plus side, there is a washing machine and dryerLoads of linen and towels providedBedding and pillows were very comfortableWould I stay here again...NO, you’re better off paying extra for a more modern apartment.I will give credit to the real estate agent we dealt with, his attitude and friendliness was very professional

A pleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice place to stay. The location is close to the beach and shops. The amenities are fine. If you can handle the stairs because its on level 3 and there is no lift here then you will have no problems. The property management was polite and responsive which made everything nice and smooth. I would stay here again if I was looking for a weeks break somwhere.
