"Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

"Pros: Das Haus sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben. Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden und Essen findet sichtgeschützt und gut durchdacht draußen statt. Der sehr ruhige Ort Ariany ist noch ursprünglich mit wenig Touristen. Mit 2 Supermärkten und der kleinen Gastronomie aber wunderbar für einen Urlaub geeignet. Ebenso ist der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wunderbar unkompliziert und jederzeit...

"Pros: Wunderschönes Haus im alten Ortskern . Außen fast unscheinbar, innen liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine kleine Bar sowie ein kleines Bistro unmittelbar an der Kirche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe nichts vermisst! Pedro und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar falls man etwas brauchen sollte. Der kleine Pool wurde täglich gereinigt!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! "Very pleasant house in the north of Mallorca with all you need for your holiday. The village San Serra Alga Marina where is located is calm and peaceful so don't expect bars and clubs but it is also good."

"A lovely old Mallorcan house with several different terraces for catching the sun or finding shade at different times of day. We are nearly all our meals at the big table on the terrace where there’s a sun parasol too but there’s also a substantial dining table inside if the weather does not permit. Fantastic views over to the sea and of the mountains. Good kitchen facilities. Really easy to walk to the bustling central square where there are bars, places to eat and supermarkets and a bakery....

"We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming."

"The property is lovely in a nice peaceful location, only a short drive from Alcudia and the port of Pollenca, with loads of bars and nice restaurants. The town itself is amazing, typically Spanish, beautiful square with Tapas bars and restaurants. The villa has ample landscaped gardens with a large pool built in barbecue. You will have an amazing holiday if you choose to stay here. Paco the host was incredible helpful and check in and departure were smooth and trouble free. 5 star holiday"
