Independent house, very close to the urban center surrounded by countryside overlooking the sea, fenced with stone wall, very large garden, very sunny. It has a beautiful porch for summer evenings equipped with garden furniture. Totally equiped.
It is spacious and very comfortable. Private parking.
Easy access from main road, services are nearby, you can walk to the town 200 meters.
