Conveniently located a couple blocks from convention center. Highly quality everything, including the staff. Wish we stayed longer to be able to try out the restaurant and roof top bar. Just wish the roof top had a separate area for guests to enjoy that didn’t have to adhere to bar / restaurant hours. I had hoped to enjoy a cup of coffee up there but it’s closed off until the bar is open.

非常に感じが悪く,親しみの持てないチェックイン対応の女性のお陰で，全体の印象が非常に悪くなった。

While the property is clean and in an excellent location, the staff had no idea where I could park my Mercedes Sprinter Van due to its height. Then they told me to park across the street and they would have their manager reach out to the owner of that lot and it most definitely would be ok until morning. Well, the next morning I went to retrieve something from the van and the owner of the lot was there and said that no one reached out to him and that the hotel has no right to make any promises. I made a deal with the owner of the lot for my remaining days. When I went back to the room, the hotel staff called and said they may have another lot where I could park but they were confirming and would call me back once it was set. I never heard from then again. As much as I liked the location, I didn't really feel that the staff was knowledgeable nor cared about us.
