"Hotel was very clean, 7 minute walk from Karuizawa train station and only 10 minute walk from the Prince outlet mall! Hotel also has a good modest breakfast selection too. A convenience store is also 1 min from the hotel entrance even though it closed at 11pm. Room was spacious and have everything we needed, thank you for the great stay!"

"The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in.
I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me.
Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were also reliable even after four uses."

Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields.
Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental.
