「We started off rocky with poor quality customer service upon check-in but next morning I was contacted by the manager to resolve the bad experience. Her name was Dee Wilson and she was amazing in getting back to me so promptly and personally apologized.」
「It was an older Holiday Inn than we’re used too, but it didn’t look run down. Hotel was still cute, clean and very quiet. The beds wasn’t the greatest, but it wasn’t horrible. Appreciated the clean sheets. Our room had ample space to fit 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. Appreciate the complimentary roll-in bed & crib. Front desk and room service staff is very nice. Would stay here again!」
「 The parking was easily accessible and well-lit, and the establishment welcomed pets. The other extended-stay guests were considerate and did not loiter. The television offered a good selection of programming. The hotel's location was convenient, being near a major intersection, though some traffic noise was occasionally audible.」
「We have just completed a 3,000 mile trip, staying as far north as Glacier National Park, and down through Yellowstone, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Canyon Lands, The Arches, and Monument Valley. Our favorite hotel stay this time and for years has been this property. It feels almost like home with great rooms, indoor pool & hot tub and great free breakfasts. Higher priced hotels do not mean better hotels. We recommend you try this one.」
「Stay was great!
We did an early check in and the guy at the counter was very nice.
Property was well kept and clean.
Room was comfortable and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Walls could be cleaned a bit, but other than that the room was clean.
We did have breakfast one day. It was simple and good.
Lobby and hallways to the room were very warm, but not an area we hung around so it was fine.
We would most definitely stay here again!
