"Breakfast was excellent, with many options. The room was big, but had an odd layout. There was a sofa in the entry room and a wardrobe. Buy in the bedroom, not a single chair...only 2 small night stands. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Another oddity is spa use. It's available by reservation for 30 minutes and you need to pick up the key at the front desk. I went down at my time and she told me the guy had not returned the key. So, we went up together and she gave me the key and told me to return in a few minutes when the guy left. So by the time I entered it was 15 minutes into my 30. So, I literally soaked for 12, which gave me time to dry off and return the key to the desk for the next reservation. It's a stupid protocol."

"My stay at Comtes d'Urgell was an absolute highlight of my trip to Andorra la Vella. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be taking advantage of the Nexta guest benefits. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable and high-quality stay!"

"We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend"

"Andorra's national language is Catalan, I understand that. I made the mistake of wishing the receptionist at the hotel 'good day' in Spanish when I arrived. He did not reply at all - not even in English - and stared at me. I don't believe this is the correct response. I would have thought that replying in English would have been a more appropriate reply to my aberration rather than silence, especially from a hotel receptionist. It reminded me of when I wished a shopkeeper 'good day' in the Basque country - an awkward silence. "

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint."
