The nearest beaches in Sperlonga are just a 20-minute drive away along scenic roads. The owner, Luca, communicates very well, gives helpful advice, and explains everything clearly. 「Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. 「This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. 」

「Lovely villa and gorgeous garden in a wonderful location. Very comfortable and well appointed. The gardens were sprayed for mosquitos prior to our arrival and there was very little evidence of them. We had hoped to kayak on the lagoon but unfortunately the kayak was not useable. However, the table tennis table was great with plenty of bats and balls and was well used. Paula was very receptive and helpful as was Santa, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.」
