「Fantastic unit, loved being so close to Center St, the beach, and having a pool was such a plus. Unit was well equipped, extra paper products, laundry soap, toiletries was an unexpected, welcomed addition. Would definitely rent again, and definitely use Stay Duvet as a rental/property management company!」

「Great place for couples or family with 1 or 2 children. Fenced area for dog but also a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks. Place is centrally located. Very convenient to Folly Beach and John’s Island. Also close to downtown Charleston Quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, modern and kitchen was well equipped. Check in and check out was seamless. Host was readily available if needed」

「Great location, unique property, plenty of parking, situated in a lovely quiet community. Second floor is the main entrance, small but well appointed kitchen, living room, two bedrooms one bath. 3rdr floor king bedroom and full bath, we were very pleased」

「Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. 」
