「Hosts were super helpful and responsive. The views from the property are amazing. The children especially enjoyed exploring the marsh and kayaking. Less than 15 min drive to Folly Beach State park. Close to grocery stores, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed, even laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies. I would recommend and would stay again.」

「Loved this house. Perfect location. Great decorations and updated! Nice backyard. Only thing is the oven was extremely difficult to use even with the manual, toaster was a safety concern to use, shower in master we couldn’t figure out to get water out of top spout, and couldn’t get fans in the sun room to work. But very much enjoyed our stay and probably rent again!」

「I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental.」

「This was a great property for us and our little Italian greyhound. We all loved the fenced in outdoor space. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have Kultura right across the street. I was under the weather for a few days, and their congee was perfect. We would happily stay here again. However, we would bring our white noise machine. As is true for many renovated older houses, the sound insulation between floors could be better, but there is not much to do about that absent a...

「Me and my girlfriend had a girls trip here. We had a blast and the location was perfect and safe. A 10 AM check out was a little early, but we still have a good time. Definitely recommend! Also warning, there is a pretty significant stair case to the top where the apartment is. So if you have a lot of luggage, that would be good to know!」

「Great location. Busy street. Fully equipped kitchen. 2-1/2 bathrooms was helpful. Parking in the back but one way in and out with other people using same road. Beds high but comfortable. Master shower slow to drain. Nice they provide shampoo, rinse, soap, gel soap, hair dryer and great towels.」
