Small rooms and the property shows age. Only one small 4-person elevator that is also used by cleaning staff, so at times it took long time to wait for a car. Mattresses were well beyond their useful life. They sank and springs were hitting backs.

"lam disabled and from London we went to the bloom festival in Bristol on the 5/8/2026 and booked a hotel 45 minutes away from Bristol wee left the festival at 2100pm and got to the hotel in the dark at 2145pm and the hotel had closed down five days before that on the 1/8/2026 my wife could not drive ..."
