"Great hotel on the Bay in what I would call the downtown area. For the unaware, be advised that downtown is not the nicest part of the city, though. Too many touts on the street wanting to steer me to certain bars and activities. I just don’t enjoy being asked constantly “where you from, where you go, what you looking for?”."

"The worst experienced in my life. We travelled 18 hours flight and looking forward to take a rest after a long flight but when we got to our hotel they can’t find our booking and it was cancelled but they took the payment. They took awhile to refund my money. They double booked us! I will never recommend this hotel. Front desk people are helpful but the owner of the unit really sucks! "

"Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm attitude truly enhanced our stay. Thank you and see you back in a few months! "
