A spacious, comfortable and newly renovated condo minutes from prime shopping and white sand beaches. Conveniently located 5-10 minutes from OWA Amusement Park, Tropic Falls Water Park and Foley Sports Tourism Soccer and Volleyball Park. Perfect location to bring your family and enjoy a nice vacation without paying beach rental prices. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with combination of tub and shower. Two king beds (one in each bedroom), two twin beds, one rolling/pull-out twin bed and a pull-out couch. All bedrooms have smart TV’s. Cable in the master bedroom, living room and kids’ bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Wi-Fi internet included (password is on the router in the living room). A fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, skillets, silverware, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, toaster and air fryer. The condo is in walking distance from a Publix grocery store and there is a full-sized refrigerator to store your groceries, an electric stove, microwave and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A washer and dryer are present on the premises and there is a screened-in porch for unwinding with a glass of wine or a cold beer after a long day at the beach in Gulf Shores. All towels, linens, bedsheets, etc. are provided.

Amazing time

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Everything was nice, clean and spacious. It was in the heart of all the activity and the best part of our stay is my daughter left her iPods at the property and the host graciously mailed it to us. Look forward to staying here again.

Volleyball Grandparents

The property met our needs for a short stay in Foley. The condo floor plan was perfect for a larger group and certainly met our needs. The area is very quiet. The location is extremely convenient as the Tanger Outlets and several other nice retail stores are within 5 minutes and the Foley Event Center is within 10 minutes. There are some repairs needed (replace broken blinds, replace missing lamp stems, replacing missing shower curtain hooks), and the condo could use a good spring cleaning (baseboards in bathrooms), but those things could easily be addressed. The TV has only Roku and no live streaming.

Very nice condo. Lots of room. Clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and the area has lots to keep you busy. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall a great stay that we highly recommend.

Overall good place to stay

I was disappointed I didn’t get a response to questions I emailed the host on the VRBO app prior to the visit. That being said, the condo is clean and it’s in a great location. The twin beds are not very comfortable, but the other ones are just fine. We had a great trip and we’d stay there again.

Not what we were expecting

Our family enjoyed our vacation because we made the best of it, however it was not ideal. The listing boasts "minutes from the beach" which is very misleading. It is actually 10 MILES from the beach, and depending on the traffic, that 10 miles will take at least 30 minutes to drive. *The AC unit struggled to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature. We were told to keep it set on 70 or higher or it would freeze up. We did as instructed and from around noon until 8 PM the temperature did not get below 75. *The shower curtains in both bathrooms had black mold on them. When I contacted the owner to tell him that I was going to buy a liner to replace them, I was told not to.That he pays someone to do that....they were not replaced by the owner (nor his management company) while we were there. We ended up buying a liner anyway. *The couch felt like it was going to break every time someone sat down on it, and dont even get me started on how uncomfortable the sleeper sofa was. We had 8 adults staying in this 3 bedroom unit. There was 1 regular size couch and 1 chair in the living room, and the table only had 5 chairs. Adults are not comfortable sitting on the floor, but that is what some had to do because of the lack of furniture for the amount of people.

Great place to stay

Convenient location for our family. Love going to the beach during the day and shopping/eating in the evenings. This place is close to great shopping. Very close to Walmart and Academy. Two of our favorites. We also love eating in Foley. Great places to eat and not near the wait time as other tourist locations. The beach was about a 30 minute drive. Not bad at all. I had some questions for the owner and his response time was just minutes. We would stay here again. It was quiet and no one bothered us.

Overall good experience

The pull out couch mattress was horrible. The sink had a bad smell. Other than that, it was great. Definitely need a new pullout couch though because without that extra bed, it doesn’t sleep as many as it says and that bed was impossible to sleep on.

Spacious and comfortable

We had a total of 11 guest. We did bring one air mattress that 2 guest slept on. Overall good stay. Spacious and cozy and located in a central area! Walmart and a little strip mall is literally 1-2 mins away from the condo. The only complaint is that the fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night for no reason and the pull out sofa is okay when sleeping, but not comfy to actual sit on the sofa when it’s not pulled out other than that I’d book again!
