"Love the individually designed cottage. Staff really helpful , punctual and reliable. Jack Sprat brilliant as usual. Adrian- south coast legend. The items in the kitchen cupboards need a thorough clean and old items of food, scourers should be discarded before new people enter. Cutlery should be upgraded. TV should accommodate visitors from UK."

From the moment we arrived, Allison, Ms. Beverly, Troy, and the housekeeping staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that they truly felt like family by the end of our stay. Saying goodbye was incredibly emotional because they made us feel so at home.The daily breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delectable—every meal was prepared with care and was something we looked forward to each day. The food was truly one of the highlights of our vacation.A special thank you to Ms. Carol, whose communication was exceptional from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and made sure everything was addressed immediately. Her professionalism and attentiveness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the planning process and our stay.The villa itself was breathtaking—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and looked like something straight out of the pages of a luxury home magazine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it the perfect setting for our family vacation.We’re all so sad that our vacation has come to an end, but we’re leaving with unforgettable memories and full hearts. "Apart from occasional internet outages and slow internet speeds, everything was ok.If you need to spend some time without a chef or helper, my advice is to bring enough food and snacks with you, as there are no supermarkets nearby. You'll need to drive out to find one."
