"Pool didn’t work , room smelled like cigarettes and shady people on property, needless to say we left and booked somewhere else "

"My wife and I stayed at Cottage 36. It was perfect for the two of us, cozy with just enough room. We were there attending the Tavares Spring Thunder Vintage Regatta. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, although we did ask for two extra towels which were promptly provided. Great location, nice and quiet, the way we like it. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, this is it!"

"The house was clean. Courtney (the host) checked with us a few times to make sure everything was good and was there to quickly respond to any questions we had. It’s a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and Dora Lake. It was a quiet area and it felt great relaxing in the hot tub. I definitely recommend this property to anyone "

"Great apartment in beautiful location. Being over the bar was fine for us, not to loud when we were there. The stairs are a bit steep for us older folks, but once inside it was fun to people watch and watch the boats and seaplanes come and go. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Owner quick to respond when we had a question. Overall a winner!!"
