Staff was great but the hotel is in poor condition and not clean. The location is near the metro but it is located in a residential area so there are very few restaurants.

Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. Great location in Rome - very close (walkable) to some of the major historical attractions.

Perfect Inn for our last night in Italy! The Inn is only 3 miles from the airport. We got off our cruise and arrived early but, were able to store our luggage for 2 euros per bag.
The staff was very helpful with transportation. We decided to tour Rome on our last day and the staff helped coordinate our taxis. We were so glad that we did…Rome is amazing!!
Also, we had to leave very early for our flight (around 4am.) and the staff booked a driver for us !!

"The space is small but functional and charming. The garden is beautiful, with lots of fruit trees, ponds and a swimming pool to cool yourself on hot days. But the best of all are the hosts. "Pretty place upon arrival. But... No one at reception, so had to call, then wait for 1/2hr; rep arrived, had no record of booking.
