It is also equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort in every season.

For stays longer than 7 days, utilities are not included and will be calculated based on consumption (electricity €0.60, water €4.00, and internet €29). A final cleaning fee of €80 applies, and a crib is available upon request (€20).
