Fantastic stay at this property. The Location is really wonderful, and the view from all 3 of the Terraces is amazing. The Lift is literally right outside the front door to the unit. There are Hills to deal with but nothing too bad and you could also hire a taxi to drop you off right to the front door of the building. The Host was lightning fast to respond Via WhatsApp to any questions I sent her way. I would Highly recommend this Apartment.

Incredible views!

The apartment has the most incredible views! The balcony/rooftop are such a highlight and my toddler son just loved the little rooftop pool which was such a nice relief for hot days! We parked nearby at Garage Lungarno which was just a few minute walk but do beware that to get to the street the apartment is on you have to walk up a set of stairs - this was not a problem for us but May be difficult if you have mobility problems or a ton of luggage. The actual apartment has an elevator which is great. Would recommend this place to family and friends!

Beautiful oasis after a busy day visiting sites

The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay.

Nice place but VERY uphill

We were not told about the exact location that it was an extremely long walk uphill. Hard for taxis to get to the place. I curtains on the windows so no privacy. Everyone could see in. The location was good and close to everything it’s just the apartment was up a VERY steep hill.

A Beautiful Stay!

Our 4 days in Florence were absolutely spectacular...and to make everything even more perfect was our stay at this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect and close to everything. The views from the terraces were spectacular. The apartment itself was beautiful and roomy. And finally the communication from start to finish with Serena was seamless! Phenomenal Property

Only able to stay for a couple nights but will definitely stay again whenever we return to Florence. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. LOTS of shopping just down the street but very quiet neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and the lift helps with getting the bags to the top. I had to put 4 stars for the “accuracy of online listing” but that was I my because they got rid of the hot tub. Overall this is maybe one of the best places I’ve stayed at on VRBO.

Amazing views!

I stayed at this apartment for 30 days and enjoyed every minute! The views from every room were picturesque! Serena assisted with translation and coordination of our lost luggage from the airlines and saved the day as well as cleaning service and all coordination needed for my stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and the washer/dryer worked great. The pictures don’t do it justice, more updates inside but they kept the original kitchen. Would definitely return! Keep in mind, there are steps or a hill to get to the entrance of the building. Worth it to justify gelato nightly.

Marvelous!

Absolutely amazing, jaw dropping views, from every room and outside on the multiple private patios. We had a wonderful two night stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in and out was so easy. There’s a lift to get to the top floor. Restaurants, shops, grocery, and all of the amazing Firenze sites are just outside. Bring your walking shoes and energy to hike, this is Italy after all! 😀 Last but not least, the apt has been renovated, and the pictures do not show it as of now, but it’s stunning and better than pictured.

360 Views of Florence, With Duomo As The Star

Best VRBO experience by far. Huge, remodeled (except kitchen) apt. with tall ceilings, big, new windows to bring in the views and keep out the noise. You’ll want to spend much of your time outside on any of the three private terraces. Updated electrical and huge TV a bonus. Our only regret, was I made an error on date when I booked and we had 5 nights instead of 6, my mistake. I would recommend for a couple that can handle stairs and thresholds. There is a small elevator. This was no problem for us. I wish I could post pictures of the beautiful sunsets!

Although the property has spectacular views and quiet neighborhood, the pictures in the listing need to be updated. The kitchen is the only room, inside or outside, with accurate photos. There is nowhere to place luggage besides the floor. The description of the sleeping accommodations is not accurate, for there is only one king size bed which is vey comfortable, but no linens available for the sleeper sofa. Instructions for the washer/dryer in English would be much appreciated.

Look no further for the perfect stay in Florence

Serena’s apartment in Oltrarno is one of the best VRBO experiences of our travels. First of all, the location is excellent. Located just steps from the Main Street with near by market to stock your pantry with breakfast items and local foods. Near Signorvino wine bar & bistro where you can purchase wine and enjoy a meal on the Arno. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the Duomo & Palazzo Vecchio. Easy walk across Ponte Vecchio to the historic center. Easy 3 minute walk to Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens. Three private terraces are perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine for sunset. Serena is very quick to communicate and answer any questions about the area. The apartment is immaculately clean. There is a lift to the apartment to bring the luggage. There is a washing machine which helped as this was the first 6 days of our 25 day stay in Italy. The kitchen has coffee machine and kettle and all you would need to prepare a meal (we didn’t but it would be easy). The bed and bath are roomy and comfortable. We highly recommend this for your stay in Florence. It makes a great homeBase for exploring Pisa, Siena and beyond by train.
