Stylish and bright apartment with panoramic views over the old town

Elegant and bright apartment, recently renovated, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a typical Florentine building. Featuring a large balcony, equipped with table and chairs, with stunning panoramic view of the historic city center.
The apartment consists of two large rooms with two large beds, two bathrooms with shower, separate kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking, large living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room.
The apartment is very quiet and has a great location as place near the station of Santa Maria Novella and a short walk from the historic center and the Old Bridge.
Nearby: pizzeria, ice cream shop, ATM, bakery, mini-market, shops and boutiques, restaurants, all types of equipment that will become your stay more enjoyable.
Possibility to park the car in the nearby Garage Europa (about €25 per day) or riverside with parking meter.
CLEANING FEE: € 60.
AIR CONDITIONG on request: € 10 per night.
The indicated price is intended for the whole apartment for 4 guests; from the fifth person is a surcharge of € 15,00 per person.
TOURIST TAX: €6.00 ​​per person per day (except children under 12 years) up to 7 days.
At check in a deposit of € 150.00 could be required and it will be returned at check-out unless any damage.

Great property, great location!

Our family stayed for two weeks, the property was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of Florence. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything but away from the crowds. The owner Chiara was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Amazing stay in Florence!

We arrived late and were able to sit on the balcony with a view of the DOME! It was so amazing. We were close enough to walk everywhere we needed to go. The checkin process was super easy and the location is great. We would definitly stay here again!

We loved the balcony and the location was within walking distance to all we wanted to do and see. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment offered us everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and towels. Our hosts were very wonderful and helpful. We arrived a bit late because of the restricted driving in the area and the only rain we had was a downpour as we were looking for parking. Stefania was so helpful in directing us to parking and an amazing restaurant to eat at. Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. Great place, great hosts!

The apartment was perfect for our adult family of 4. Plenty of room to relax, share meals, and be outside on the balcony. The host was wonderful with directions and check-in. Fantastic Vrbo in Florence

Our family, including our two boys (ages 13 and 16), had a fantastic 3-night stay at this wonderful Vrbo in Florence. The apartment's highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking view of the Florence Duomo – truly unforgettable!The apartment itself was perfect for our needs and incredibly well-located. We loved being able to walk to some truly excellent restaurants nearby. Our host was very kind and delightful; she met us upon arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a great location in Florence. Very clean and spacious. The owner provided the little extras that were appreciated - nice towels, a few small toiletries. Second time was as good as the first time

We stayed here 5 years ago and absolutely loved it. It was just as wonderful as the last time. Hosts are super nice and the place is so clean!! Close to shopping great pastries and restaurants. A Great Place to stay in Florence

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and Chiara was so accommodating to any of our needs. The apartment is so quiet, and the location was perfect for walkability to anywhere! The neighborhood had a wonderful bakery, grocery store, delicious gelato, restaurants, and an easy walk across the river to the Oltrano, which we loved. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Stay in Florence

This apartment was great for our family of four to stay. The deck was a great place to lounge and look at the Duomo. The apartment was very clean and the landlords Chiara and Stefania were easy to work with and very accommodating of our earlier train arrival and meeting us at the apartment. The apartment was within walking distance to all of the galleries etc. we visited during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a visit to Florence!

I was so happy with this apartment! Chiara met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked, she also had a map and showed us where the popular sites are along with the grocery store, gelato and bakeries! The apartment was squeaky clean and the patio with the view of the Duomo was amazing! The location is great, walking distance to the train station and all the historic sites. We loved the property as soon as we arrived. The location is so perfect- we walk to everything. We are here for 2 months (pretending to live here) We have invited friends and family while we are here and the accommodations are perfect for 4 adults. Wonderful Firenze Apartment!

Stefania was such an amazing host! Everything was as expected, and better. This is a wonderful apartment with a great location, and fantastic air conditioning! Super easy to get everywhere and Stefania provides excellent communication. Don’t forget to check out the gelato shop on the corner—best we had in all of Italy!

It's an antique, huge, and extremely well-maintained apartment within walking distance from the Duomo. It has a large balcony with an outstanding view of the Duomo. We enjoyed family time there while admiring the city’s rooftops. The AC works perfectly which is key during Summer time. The host, Stefania, was expecting us at the rental at the time agreed. The check-in process was easy and quick. Thanks for hosting us!

Look no further!

I know this review is extremely late, but I would be remiss if I didn’t finally do this. We stayed in late May, early June. The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious, extremely clean, and had beautiful views!! Chiara and the apartment manager, I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name, were so accommodating! If you get a chance to stay here, you should!
