Lovely

Absolutely lovely the lady running the place. Very friendly, cordial and helpful by giving basic information of the city. And as a fan of Dante, the details are a thoughtful touch

Firenze stroll

This hotel was very good, within 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and Cathedral. Spacious room with over 12 foot high ceiling, very clean as well as the bathroom. Mina was excellent host, friendly and offered recommendations. Plentiful breakfast! The only downside for us was parking, the one next to this hotel was expensive. There’s one about 10 minutes walk away but we had too many bags to be walking around with it.

Very ok.

The room was ok, the AC did work. The elevator was challenging. There was a very strange, unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom and occasionally very loud noises from the plumbing. Room could have used a fridge and a small table to eat.

Claro que regresaría, la señora que nos atendió (Mina) es muy amable y atenta, las habitaciones son muy lindas, limpias, cuidadas, está cerca de la estación de tren (20 minutos caminando) el desayuno muy rico. Pero sin duda el trato amable es lo que más resaltó

ドゥオモから一本道で徒歩15分の所にあるB＆Bです。サンマルコ美術館が途中にあるので、人が少ない朝一の時間に立ち寄ることもできます。5月は夜8時ころまで明るいし、観光地で人が常にいるので、安全でした。21時以降は出歩かなかったため、それ以上遅い時間の治安はわかりませんが、人の声は聞こえていたので人通りはあるようです。 宿の奥さんはにこやかで大変親切な方です。こちらはつたない英語でしたが、向き合ってくださり、コミュニケーションはしっかりとれました。トラットリアの予約をお願いしたところ、他にもおすすめのお店を教えてくださいました。そのお店は店員さんが親切で、実際のメニューと私が見せた写真が違ったのですが、それが食べたいならそうしてあげる！と写真に寄せてアレンジしてくれて、とてもいいお店でした。他にも奥さんが勧めてくださった近くの教会も素晴らしかったです。娘さんもキュートで親切です。 チェックインは14時からですが荷物預かりしてくださいます。入り口を入るとＢ＆Ｂの受付は2階だと案内表示がありますが、ヨーロッパは日本でいうところの1階が０階（ground floor）なので、実際の受付は日本式で3階にあります。到着時はスーツケースを持って３階まで階段で上りました。帰国時は荷物が重くてどうなることかと思いましたが、エレベーターを使わせてくださいました（専用のカギがあって通常自由には使えないようです）。 部屋にはシャンプー、石鹸、ドライヤー、電気ポット、ティーカップがあり、冷蔵庫はありません。ティーカップは一人部屋でも２客あり、日に日に補充が減っていって、そのうちティーカップなくなっちゃいましたが、そういう点も含めて愛らしくて気に入ってました（言えばくれます）。イタリアはＢ＆Ｂでもシャワーが途中で水に変わると聞いていてドキドキしていたのですが、こちらは安定してお湯が出ました。大満足です。 朝食はバールで取りたかったためExpediaの申し込み時にはつけなかったのですが、一日だけ現地でプラスしました。他の方のレビューにもあるように種類も豊富でおいしかったです。カプチーノもバールと遜色ないクオリティでした。時間は7:30-10:30とのことでしたが、こちらの都合に合わせて時間のアレンジにも対応してくださいました。 イタリアはスーパーにもレストランにも犬がいて、次回はぜひ犬と一緒に行きたいと思っているのですが、こちらのB＆Bはペット不可です。もし人間だけで再訪したら、またこちらのB＆Bにお世話になりたいと思っています。

Un'ottima scelta

Il B&B si trova davvero a pochi passi dal centro, la struttura non è modernissima ma confortevole e pulita. La signora gentilissima e disponibile. Mi ha favorevolmente stupito la colazione, che normalmente nei B&B è ridotta all'osso, e invece qui prevede sia dolce che salato, macedonia fresca e un buon cappuccino. Il parcheggio a pagamento si trova a 10 minuti di strada a piedi, ma è lo scotto da pagare per risiedere nel centro storico. In generale: ottima scelta.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly and the place was relatively close to the historical places. What we didn’t like was the condition of the room and the amenities, there was a very bad smell in the toilet. Another annoying thing was a weird loud noise we heard quite often in the toilet which we later found out that was related to the sewage system.

Bene ma non benissimo

Struttura carina, posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Importante: è in ZTL! Fare attenzione! Non ha un parcheggio proprio, consiglio di parcheggiare in autorimesse poco diatanti e raggiungere il b&b a piedi. Stanza pulita ma con tendaggi ed elementi in velluto che a mio gusto non danno l'idea di "freschezza". Stanza della colazione piccola e con tavoli un po' troppo vicini, di questi tempi con il covid non è il massimo...buffet minimo ma esaustivo. Tutto sommato la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata positiva!

El lugar está como 15-20min de la terminal del tren. La recepción fue rápida Buena atención Bueno el desayuno que dan Tiene wifi y nos ayudaron guardando las maletas ya que salíamos más tarde de Florencia.

Local um pouco distante do centro e sem garagem. Os carros não podem ficar estacionados no entorno do hotel e a garagem paga é distante, porém eles buscam e trazem os carros.

Best yet

This is a great place one side of the floor is dedicated to Beatrice the other side to Dante I stayed in the Brunetto Latini room. A nice big room, desk, wardrobe, and electric pot. Breakfast was plentiful basics were the same but something new each day a + if your staying more than a couple of days. Mina was fantastic she might seem gruff but its her frustration with English. She worked hard morning to night to keep things clean. Elevator is slow, but better than walking up two flights. I've been to Florence 3 times. This was the best yet this is where i will stay on my return. Thank you Mina for all your hard work. I walked every where from this location. Number 1 bus from train station almost takes you to front door.

Emplacement idéale à 5mn à pied des musées à visiter.Ne venez pas à Florence en voiture c'est pire que Paris. L'accueil est assez mitigé manque de convivialité, par contre le lit est super confortable. Les chambres sont au 2ieme étage un monte charge pas du tout engageant si vous êtes chargé vous pouvez toujours le prendre mais il faut avoir le doigt appuyé sur le bouton sinon ça ne marche pas.Pour une nuit o.k mais pas plus longtemps.
