About this property
2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Townhouse in Historic Downtown Florence!
- We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable in modern yet rustic 1600 sq ft loft. This is a historic property that served as a town garage in the 1800s and early 1900s. It was completely remodeled, but you still get to experience the exposed brick and painting on the walls. The property is in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. This property is quiet and spacious.
Parking is available out front.
We provide the basics like dinnerware, cookware, pots, pans, flatware, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry supplies, dishwashing soap, plastic bags, foil, spices, etc.
We have Roku TVs in the bedrooms so you can stream movies and you can watch cable through the Spectrum app.
There is a swamp cooler in the main living area and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please turn them off prior to leaving.
Garbage is dumped on Mondays. Please use the Howard Disposal garbage bin out front.
