"The room was good however I had requested a wake-up call (as a backup) for an early flight out and the call was not made. When I checked out apparently the concierge was sleeping. Don’t let that stop you from staying though, it was good."

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed themselves. Front desk was friendly and helpful."

"Staff was friendly at check in, room was clean, comfortable and accommodating to dogs. The room had very low stock of toilet paper and Kleenex both ran out in just a few hours. Front door frame of building is unsecured and not properly installed to allow the framing to almost fall out. Other than that it was great! If you’re staying for any length of time you’ll need to bring pots/pans, dishes and utensils. "

"The air conditioning system was like having a freight train 4 ft from the bed, almost impossible to sleep! The hotel had experienced a short power outage that caused the checking in, ordering a dinner not possible. We will not be back! However the staff was great! Dennis Lunde "

"The front desk staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was impressed by the breakfast selection and quality. However, I found our room was not up to my family's standards. The bed was way too firm and the pull out sofa sleeper was not comfortable either. There was trash left on the floor in the bathroom and it's looks like at least a weeks worth of dust all throughout bathroom and the room. I wish I could leave a better review because of the welcoming staff I mentioned before, but the rooms cleanliness or lack there of, would keep me from staying there again. "

"Two night stay. Check in was easy, friendly staff. We had an issue with the a/c in the room on the first night. Talked to staff in the morning and asked to have it checked. We went out in the morning and returned around noon and still had no a/c. Informed staff as we were heading out again. Didn’t return until after 10 pm to find still no a/c. Was to tired to ask to change rooms at this point as we were leaving the next morning. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows, but sheets were not very good, towels were low quality, and no hand towels. No hair dryer in the room. Requested one from front desk but it did not work. They don’t do a breakfast, and snacks are all vending machine. No pantry at front desk to purchase anything. "
