「The staff are kind. For example, when I hung out the laundry in the room in the morning, they left the fan running so that it would dry well. But there is no excessive service. There are various types of breakfast. The linen is clean. The linen is getting old, so I think it would be more comfortable if it was changed. I appreciate the kindness during my stay. It is my home in Mumbai. I will come to stay again.」
"The front desk and room service people were very nice and courteous during the stay. I told the concierge that it would be difficult when I asked the concierge to arrange an airport transfer if possible because of the tight schedule. It was a wonderful stay except for the correspondence of the person in charge of the email."
