Outstanding country property in triangle between Flanders, Wallonia and France. Pristine property with unique detailing hosted by attentive hosts. Sumptuous European breakfasts amid panoramic views. Rooms modern with the best of sleeping arrangements including soaking tub and walk-in showers. No detail too small to be attended too. We absolutely loved our stay and you will too!

Hotel Steenhuyse was a very nice place for me to stay on my cycling trip to Flanders. Bart was a great host. He even sat and had a nice chat with me at breakfast. My room was very large, clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats, breads, pastries, and cereals. As a cycling fan from the U.S., I couldn't recommend a hotel more than this one. It is a few steps away from the Tour of Flanders museum, and a short ride from the famous climbs of the Ronde. Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay.
For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic.
Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.

We stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. Located in the middle of the city center, with everything a short walk away. The hotel itself has very nice rooms and amenities, along with the wonderful cocktail bar. A memorable property and somewhere we hope to stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay in a small, quiet village. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and provided me with information about the local area. The hotel has a nice outdoor area for eating. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. My room was clean and spacious, with a very nice shower. Though the weather was quite warm, I had an excellent night's sleep. This peaceful area has many biking/hiking trails.
