"Loved staying by the harbor. My hotel room was immaculate and my view was amazing. I arrived early and left my luggage with the front desk. When I went to check in, my luggage was in my room already. The staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby was beautiful and the onsite Starbucks and restaurant were super convenient. Downtown Victoria was a 10-minute walk from the hotel! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"They were excellent at communicating from the time we booked them and during our stay. The ladies at the front desk were courteous and professional. We arrived in the morning on the ferry as walk ons and they stored our luggage until check in. We also left our luggage after check out until the time to catch the afternoon ferry. That allowed us to explore the town freely. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, updated and comfortable. They offered toiletries if we had forgotten anything. The location was walkable to all the activities and restaurants we chose. We will definitely consider staying here again."

"The boathouse is a unique place to stay, but it does require some extra effort to access. Fisherman's Wharf is an extremely busy and chaotic tourist area. If you are driving, you have to temporarily park in a loading area (hopefully there is space), and walk to the boat to meet the owner who lives in the upper level. She provides the needed parking pass for a lot nearby and the code numbers to access the pier after hours and the boat itself. It is all doable and very worthwhile, but it was all a little much after a long day of travel. The room itself is quaint, has all that you need, and is walking distance to downtown Victoria. My husband & I had a great sleep and wished we could have stayed longer."
