「The place is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, we will come again」

「The apartment was bright and stunning situated in a good location. Aldi was only 2mins walk away」

「As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. 「Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. 「Lovely place to stay. Would have liked to know it had two steps inside the property though as I have walking difficulties and it was ground floor. More mirrors in each room would have bben amazing - 5 females!」

「Good location to Pleasure Beach and North pier Clean room WiFi Family friendly」

I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. So I called the other number that was on the listing on the Hotels.com website. It was aswered by...
