"The level of service was amazing. There is an amazing energy when you walk in as the lobby bar is the main entrance with fantastic seating perfect for people watching. The room was great. One incident happened. The fire alarm went off on our second night of the stay in the middle of the night. We were outside for 2 hours but the staff brought water and blankets to make us as comfortable as possible. They sent letters to each room and the manager hand wrote a note apologizing for the incident letting us know they are investigating why this happened. They took care of my incidental fees which was very generous. I would stay here again upon my next trip to London. The location was great!…"
