Decor plus bathroom amenities nothing like what is on the current website. When raised with staff, l was told that the website has not been updated. Therefore I assume the current photos were under previous owners/management and they have cut back.
USB port behind the TV and not easy to get to
TV was not 45 inches but much smaller
Bathroom was more like a cloakroom
It was a good size room, with a decent shower and fridge.
Frosted windows so no natural light in the room
I am disappointed and would rather it a 3* Hotel

Room was upgraded and ever need was met. Cannot fault all staff.
My partner mentioned if any slight view was to be mentioned it would be the breakfast plates were not warmed and the fried eggs were left baking in the server so were like rubber…however the waitress was happy to have fresh cooked.

I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!

I love that this is a dog friendly hotel. Dogs can stay in the lobby and you can have your drinks and food with them there. The receptionist Emma was lovely. We stayed on December 22nd for one night.
