The hotel remains under renovation, and there were some technical difficulties that caused someone to cancel their reservation altogether. The keys did not work but staff said it should be fine now. However, I do not blame the staff, since they just work there and we’re all human. The room was mostly clean, my bed was comfortable and my stay was fine otherwise. I look forward to coming back when the hotel is fully renovated.

Great staff, clean facility, great location, would stay again. The only negative was how busy the elevators got during morning time frame when everybody was heading out. Other than that had a great experience.

Check in was a little slow and wished there were additional staff to help with the flow. The hotel did not have continental breakfast as was shown on the itinerary that it was included. Called front desk and was told they only offer coffee. Stay was otherwise a comfortable one.
