"The stay at Cosmopolitan was perfect for us. Arrived early on August 20th at 10:30 and we were able to check in for a much needed shower and nap. Breakfast was very good! Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!"

"We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. The space was clean, the room was a great layout with everything you could want to cook, make coffee and tea in the morning, and even an air fryer :) the bathroom was beautifully decorated and a good use of space. Plenty of areas for our luggage to be stored as well. The communication with Artur the host was...

"Fomos bem recepcionados o quarta era bom o lado ruim é que o quarto em que ficamos é de frente para avenida e tem um ponto de ônibus em frente tbm! Mesmo com ventilador o calor estava demais e não tinha como deixar a janela fechada. E o café da manhã é super simples então se você estiver esperando, ovos ou até frios não tera"

"O apartamento estava fedendo a cigarro desde a entrada até os quartos. O acento do vaso sanitário estava com abertura nas laterais, a colcha da cama estava com cheiro duvidoso. A cozinha estava bem equipada com tudo que fosse preciso e haviam até alguns mantimentos nos armários. Sofá da sala confortável e a central de ar manteve a sala fria mesmo fazendo um calor absurdo nos dias em que estivemos lá. Recomendo para quem não tem frescura. "
