Quando chegamos no local, o elevador estava travado com pessoas dentro, estávamos com malas pesadas e na recepção onde tinha 3 homens na recepção, informaram que teríamos que subir as escadas com as malas, não tivemos auxílio nenhum para nos ajudar a subir as escadas e por onde subimos, os corredores eram muito escuros e com grande risco de queda. Achei desumano, uma mãe e uma filha subindo com tanto peso e sem ajuda

Não tinha vaga na garagem, rodei meia hora pr encontrar um lugar pra deixar o carro. Caiu muito a qualidade do café da manhã, pouquíssimas opções. Senti muito frio, cobertor extremamente fino disponível e a janela não fechava direito do quarto.

Vou a anos neste hotel, conheço a maioria dos funcionários, todos muito educados, me sinto em casa. Cafe da manhã simples mas muito gostoso e bom, hotel simples mas com roupas de cama limpos, colchao gostoso, ducha no banheiro e a reforma do hotel esta a cada dia ficando mais bonito e atualizado o hotel. Induco para todos que conheço, sabe aquele hotel para viajar com familia, amigos , casal é ele proximo de tudo, um hotel com preço justo, em frente a praia com comodidades próximo, padaria, bares, supermercados. Aquele hotel para fazer um bate e volta, para ur a negocios em santos ou a lazer, por dias. Eu recomendo e frequento e amo um dos meus hoteis preferidos em Santos. Apesar de simples é aquele simples, limpo, gostoso e acolhedor. Um hotel antigo que com reformas esta se adequando e modernizando. Quem vai acaba repetindo. Inumeras vezes que vou encontro hospedes de outras vezes.

Quarto limpo. Bom café da manhã e Wi-fi. Chuveiro espetacular (aquecimento a gás). Equipe de funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Só não concordo em pagar 35 reais por dia pra poder deixar minha MOTO no estacionamento do hotel. Eles cobram o mesmo preço que carro. Às diárias do hotel a gente consegue parcelar. As diárias do estacionamento, infelizmente, precisamos pagar à vista.

Hotel velho, com quartos improvisados e nada confortáveis. Quis um quarto frente ao mar, mas nos arrependemos pois muito barulho de transito a noite toda, janelas não são anti ruido. O quarto têm fios expostos, cama razoavel,conforto quase zero na verdade. Recepção bem precária, nada profissional. Café da manhã basico, mal cuidado na versade e a que parece ser dona do hotel, é uma pessoa bem desagradavel, nada gentil. Unico ponto positivo é que atravessando a avenida vc está na praia. Nao gostamos, não recomendamos e não voltaríamos.
