First time visiting Munich and we are very happy we stayed at Torbrau Hotel
Located right Old Town.
Location was walkable to most attractions.
Staff was amazing.
Had great breakfast selection.
Can't wait to come back

First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon.
It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed.
