Spacious room, walking shower, nice decoration, big windows, good location and friendly and helpful staff.

Our favorite hotel of our whole trip! (And we stayed in about 6 hotels!) Very friendly staff. Sondra was incredibly welcoming and gave us lots of fun ideas on things to do. Food was absolutely delicious. So beautifully decorated. Loved the gym and all of the fun amenities in the hotel.

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.

So having arrived at 3pm i got settled got to the gym etc, just about to cook dinner as the apartments have a kitchen and i hear the door lock go, and a lady with her bags enters my room. Having both looked shocked we went downstairs (we were not together to make it clear) to find out why we were both allocated the same room, to this day I still have no idea how one member of staff allocated me a room and another member of staff didnt know I was in there. I was certianly not impressed and the lady wasnt either, if it had been the opposite way round and I had walked into her room would have been a much worse story, poor indeed...

The standard room was fine, the only thing was that the shower wasn't very clean. There was a lot of black build up in the shower head, which was off putting. However, for the price the rest of the room was fine. There also was only one working elevator so there was often a long wait for that.
