"I loved the staff they were amazing the property itself is okay i had to change rooms three times once because the view was the parking lot not a garden but they upgraded me to water front which was nice however the bathroom ceiling was peeling and droopy and the room was dirty they moved me quickly next door only to have no phone my key fob never worked and the tub had paint marks and wasn’t in good shape but the food was great and the property itself is beautiful and well kept"

"This hotel is amazing. So clean. We had an oceanfront room. The staff at the front desk were so accommodating. The only two concerns I had was I thought the beach chairs should be included with the room price and not have to be rented. The second concern was that I saw visitors at the pool who did not seem to be guests. One group of 3 women had a huge cooler of drinks and they stayed by the pool all day long drinking their drinks and using both the pool and the hot tub. Another couple entered from the beach, changed in the bathroom next to the bar and took a place by the pool. They carried backpacks with them as well. Not one of these 5 people at the pool on that day had the hotel wrist bands. I did see the two of the women wearing bright green wrist paper bands."

"property was full of the friendliest staff and food was always good. Our hotel room had a very loud outdated ac unit that kept my husband up during the night. we were supposed to have beach room but when we got to resort they were sold out for the weekend"

"Absolutely beautiful marina property with lush landscaping and such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Being able to walk around the property and look out over all the boats in the marina made the entire stay feel special and resort-like. The rooms were immaculate, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. The restaurant food was excellent, and everyone at the front desk and throughout the property was tremendously friendly and helpful. They constantly came over to greet our dogs with treats, which made the stay feel especially pet friendly and welcoming. The marina views, beautiful grounds, and genuinely kind staff made this a fabulous stay and a wonderful option for anyone traveling with pets."
