Fisher Island

This stay was a bit of a mixed bag for us . We booked a superior suite, but on arrival it had not been cleaned. The front desk staff were very kind about it and had someone inspect a few rooms for us, but in order to find us a clean room ended up moving us to a room in the tower which was smaller than what we had booked. The room itself was clean but quite dated and had a smell to it like stale cigarettes. The elevator only worked part of the time to get to the parking garage. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed that. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again, but I will say that the staff were lovely.

We loved being a gold star member as the lounge amenity was great, except it was too cold, and the ability to check in and out quickly, except no one told us about that and had to wait in the line at the main Cecil in for quite some time.
