"This is not a high end hotel, however, it is extremely clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. The free parking was a bonus and the location was perfect for our needs with easy access to shopping and the University. We even utilized the e-bikes to explore the nearby Galloping Goose Trail which lovely! "

"Lovely property - very clean and well-supplied with all you need during your stay. Lovely garden surroundings and a friendly cat! Easy check-in/out procedure with all details given by host. Host was very approachable, though we did not need to make contact during our stay. Parking was available at the house and it was an easy drive to Victoria and surrounding attractions.The upstairs twin room was fine for us as our party were all fit and over 18 - the ladder was quite steep which might be a concern for anyone with mobility issues or for young children."

"An amazing location with access to Colwood waterfront and hiking trails just steps away. We saw a whale, sea otters and many birds. It offered a real ocean front vibe while being a short drive to downtown. The suite was clean, very well appointed and had the most comfortable beds. The living area and deck have incredible views of the waterfront. Jayne is a lovely host and ensured we had a perfect stay. "
