「Very clean and polite customer service 」

「Clean, modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of outlets. Close to amenities.」

「Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly for a stay longer than two days. The beds were extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable over the course of my visit. Additionally, the pool was out of service. I only learned during my stay that it had been unavailable for quite some time, which was disappointing as this was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. 「There were some folks who started a ruckus in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Local police came and handled it. Can’t blame that on the hotel.」

「The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel. The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her. Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.」

「We booked this room for 6. When we arrived we had one queen and one twin bed pull out. When we talked to staff they said there was nothing they could do and it was Expedias problem. I asked if they could give us a roll away, but they wanted to charge us additionally. Not very understanding. I would not stay here again.」
