Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"I had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard, 1 a suite. I stayed in the suite and had a hard time sleeping first 2 nights...Loud banging of pipes, and leaking water from shower. Went to have lunch day 2 at EQC down the road a bit and immediately made plans to check out the following day. Was not my idea of a"good stay"!"
