「Brand new hotel! Staff are lovely and beds are comfy! Rooms are very spacious and have almost everything you need. Laundry facilities come in handy with washers and dryers available for use.
We did have issues with all our room cards not working but staff were amazing and fixed the issue - being a new hotel that’s only just opened there’s bound to be some teething issues. 」
「The people there were amazing. I locked my keys and phone in my car. They did everything they could to help me get it unlocked. But they ended up calling someone to open the car. They were going to wait out side with me until the car door was opened but I told them that it was not needed. I think they watched me out the window which was very nice.
I think it was in a rougher part of town but I felt safe. 」

「We arrived extremely late at this hotel, the receptionist was so helpful with our pickup from the airport. They even guided with how to get to the sea port to board our cruise. Breakfast was 10/10 and cateered to someone like me who does eat pork.」
"I walked from Angel Lake station. It was a little far, but I could walk under the elevated tracks for most of the way, so it wasn't a problem even in the rain.
