The room was really clean; the staff super friendly and helpful. If it wasn‘t for that, I would have to give it 1 star. The location of the hotel, so close to heavy (!!!) drug use, brothels, and inconsiderate people (screaming at night, fighting on the plazza opposite the hotel, etc), is really a disservice to it. Once again the staff, especially Damir who helped with storing our luggage, was outstanding. But the hotel location is terrible.

The size of the room was nice but some of the amenities were not so great. The hand soap was empty. The sparkling water machine didn't work and the expensive €20 breakfast was not replenished.
