16 Holiday home "Sabin"

A cozy and tastefully furnished holiday home awaits you, accommodating up to four people and one infant.

The approximately 70 m² house is located at Stettinerstraße 6 in Burg auf Fehmarn.

The house comprises a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (each for two people), and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa.

The fireplace in the living room is out of service and may not be used, as the house is made of wood.

The house has electric heating. During the heating season (October to March), a surcharge of €10 per stay will be added to the rental price to cover energy costs.

The spacious kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

There is ample crockery and cutlery for all your needs (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; two dishwasher tablets are provided).

The bathroom with shower and bathtub is comfortably furnished and very spacious.

A roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival.

An ironing board and iron are also available.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm).

The children's room has two single beds (90x200 cm).

A travel cot with a mattress and a highchair are provided.

Outside, in front of the entrance, there is an inviting terrace with garden furniture. A play area with a swing is available for our younger guests. For relaxing evenings, there is another west-facing terrace behind the house with a lovely view of the surrounding greenery and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. It's also a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset.


Then you can enjoy the sunset. Garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue are provided for sunny afternoons and convivial evenings.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment.
