"Room was not clean... had to ask for clean pillows and it did not appear to have been vacuumed recently, as there was debris left on the ground next to the bed. We also had to rinse out the bathtub because... The hot tub had no water in it in the pool area, and the pool had quite a bit of rust around the edges and by the ladders so we didn't use the pool.. The only reason we stayed was because it was a non-refundable room, and I would not be allowed to get my money back. Extremely disappointing and definitely will not book a room here again."

"Motel style meant lugging suitcase up and down. No flushing toilet on first floor. Coffee tasted like second brew with same grounds. Avoid avoid avoid. Only plus was comfortable bed but we reserved king and got 2 doubles. Never again. Done with Quality hotels!!!"

"The host was wonderful, the place was as pictured, very clean. I had everything I needed. It was well furnished. I only have one issue, but I realize it is out of the control of the owner. There is a bar behind the apartment and the music was quite loud preventing me from sleeping. Again, this is not the owner's fault, but something I would like to know. I would recommend this place as it was clean, nice, well furnished. Great location. Little restaurants in walking distance. "

"The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy. However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were running behind on getting to an event and my husband wasn’t feeling well. My other complaint was the lack of beverage choices and fruit available at breakfast. "
