The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Everything appeared to be well cleaned. The Motel was in a very convenient location for visiting a National Trust property we wanted to see. It would have been nice to have breakfast at the Motel but it was not currently available. Although on the main highway, traffic noise was not a problem.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper. As an ex-mountains resident I knew what I was in for in regard to noise. As such, it is very reasonably priced, if all you need is a bed for the night.
Its an old motel and does show its age but it is generally in good repair. Rooms would benefit from a pest treatment to keep the ants at bay. Keep your food in the fridge.
Rooms were well presented, clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick.
Beds and bedding were comfortable.
There are shops across the highway and excellent pizza place just up the road.
