"Shower, tv, refrigerator doesn't work "

"The room was great minus the bed. The bed was springy and as a side sleeper it dug into my hips and i had a hard time getting comfortable. Other than that it was great though!"

"We requested the handicap accessible room specifically to for the walk in shower. On the second morning my husband fell in the shower and hit his head on the shower chair! Hopefully it’s not gonna amount to more than bumps and bruises. When I tried to let the manager know about it and suggested that that they should have non skid surface he seemed not interested that my husband fell and did not even ask how he was. He just kind of sneered at me. We had a pleasant stay until the morning but we will not stay here again"
