Really loved my room and the lighting, layout, comfort etc. Was alone so guess that could make a difference though re sharing a bed that you can only get out of one way.
There was a bit of mould in the shower which let the appearance down a bit and I was a bit worried about slipping on the floor in the main bedroom after my shower (it may be that the floor is non-slip but it didn't feel like it was).
But would I stay here again? Every time if i was on my own and could afford it!
Well done Citizen M - you're currently my favourite hotel (next to Reverb by Hard Rock in Atlanta!)

I stayed at MOXY Hotel and my overall experience was average. The sync system was blocked on the first day and did not work properly, which was frustrating and affected my stay. The staff were okay, but the service was not particularly outstanding or memorable.
The hotel itself is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in both the technical systems and customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars.
* you can keep some water bottles in the room so that guests need not look around for it.
