8/10 Very Good! (736 reviews)
Nice unit with the unique benefit of multiple bedrooms and separate sleeping areas for a family of 4. However, the AC was not working in our unit. We tried contacting the host several different ways: phone, email, and via Expedia message, and never received a reply. Nothing. Communication is essential to hospitality and they failed completely. The situation wound up being bearable due to unusually temperate weather for mid August but the host was no help fixing or even acknowledging the problem.

"The location was convenient and room was quiet. The hallway carpets need to be replaced and there were some missing tiles in our bathroom. The breakfast was good, but lacked fresh, plain oatmeal-even unsweetened instant oatmeal would have been fine. Coffee machine made fresh, very hot cups to order. ..."
