To be honest, I am so shocked when I saw the "entrance" of the hotel. I was afraid to go in and I seriously doubted if going in is correct. I was much more pleased after I went in. Check-in was smooth. Room was great. Included breakfast was horrible. Deposited luggage was retrieved without issues. I was offered free airport transfer when I inquired the third times via Expedia.com. With the price of the room, I have no complaint and will consider to go back.

Staff were helpful.
Was not walking to pyramids as website suggested, new highway been put thru and so now 15min drive. Just close veiw of pyramids
