Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled with the large patio, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. The expansive property offers frequent wildlife sightings.

This Fairplay house boasts 3 on suite bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. Guests can enjoy amenities like radiant heating, WiFi, and a washing machine during their stay. Absolutely no open fires are allowed on our property per our STR agreement. We do have a heater and fire pit on the deck for our guests enjoyment.
We do not allow fires in the fireplaces within the home due to the extreme risk associated with potential property damage or destruction
No flushing of anything outside of human waste or toilet paper due to the septic systems.

Winter vacation

Look no further, this house is amazing, quiet, secluded yet just a few minutes away from Fairplay and beautiful drive to all the ski resorts. Me and my family had really good time. PS:look around for moose tracks, they are everywhere.

Great home, great host

The host was great, responded quickly and helped with anything we needed. The home is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it or the view justice. They are accurate when they say 4x4 or a good AWD vehicle needed in the winter months, there’s a few spots out there that gave my jeep all it wanted. But once you’re there you won’t want to leave, I’d book here again without a doubt
