「The location and staff were excellent, but I was bitten up by bed bugs my first night. I was relocated to another room for my second night, but was never able to get much rest.」

「We are a party of two. No favorable point at all about the hotel. We checked in shortly after 3pm. First of all, upon entering the room, we noticed a smell of urin, coming from the AC unit. We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC. Also, the bath drained extremely slow. Next morning we made a compalint about the two problems. The hotel clerk at the counter (a...

「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「Property and room were very nice and clean. Staff was not friendly seemed bothered when asked a question (red hair lady). No amenities had to pay for coffee in the morning (only Starbucks available) Paying that much for a room you should at least get coffee. No pool etc. very close to things to do though.」

「Great hotel」
