"nice stay"

"I would never return to this Avani location! Not only inconvenient; communication with your on site team is poor to none. Food basic, restaurants all empty - we stood in the Aqua restaurant for 20 minutes @ 1pm no staff no service. Room service was great but the dirty plates sat outside for 2 days. Drinks good. Although we paid for an upgrade there was no really benefit and the walkout pool was nothing special we were isolated, the area didn't even look opened for the season, they placed us beside an unit that was being renovated - so when we were sunbathing and swimming we were watching and being watched by the people painting and moving furniture on the deck; vacation, peace and quiet? We were surprised by a Monitor lizard swimming 2 feet away from us OMG, we would never swim in that pool again. The beach is laughable. + handwritten receipt at check out, they over charged us 2,000 TBH per day (as they cant find the manger - had to ask them to spoke English as the were talking about us). Plus our requote for early check out due to there email about an Indian wedding being held at the hotel 3 of the 6 days we booked. All we needed was a week of no stress; that's not what we get. Just make it better for the next people visiting your location; bring this location up to the Minor Hotel standard! "

"Everything was as described, the host has thought of everything. The facilities at the Dusit are fantastic, the pool is beautiful and just a sublime place to relax. Even the condo pool is pretty good and almost always deserted. Grabs are easily available although most of them cant find the condo so it might be wise to go to the main hotel foyer for pickup there. 4pax into Hua Hin to Chaolay for example was 149B so much cheaper than hotel shuttle which is 100B each and then walks from drop off point.the condo is exactly as described some of the surfaces are a little tired but this in no way detracts from the stay. We will definately be happy to return here for another stay, can't recommend enough!"

A special thanks to Mr Ekalak Charnchatchawarn for paying attention to detail during our stayed at the hotel. Despite there were being an Indian Wedding, we enjoyed it and found some peace and quiet. The Kids Club team made my granddaughter's time unforgettable, and I really appreciate it. She was fully engaged there from the beginning to the end. The food and service were fantastic. The Sheraton is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends and we'll definitely be back."

"Wonderful experience from the moment we booked. Sing was our contact and she immediately reached out and set us up in home massages, regular cleaning services and was always available for questions. The staff was amazing and friendly, they had a fruit basket and water set up when we got in. Then dropped off fresh baked goods through our stay. House was perfect for us with three teen boys. Big enough pool, pool table and perfectly located to walk to beach, markets and stores. Grab and Bolt were easy to use but if you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen has everything you need. I did not realize that London has two rooms that lead to the outdoor and not part of the main house, it worked perfectly for us but might not if your kids are little. Don't hesitate on booking this resort, it's amazing!"
