「Great stay with our dog while visiting family nearby. Safe and beautiful neighborhood convenient to Evanston, Skokie, Chicago and surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our needs. Note that it is a basement apartment in a shared building, so you may hear others coming and going at any hour. We would stay here again in the future.」

Close to everything, including train!! Only cons: If you book through a 3rd party app (Expedia), let them know immediately or wake up to daily charges. Also, the $50 early check in fee... if my room is already ready, I don't understand the fee. Other than that, you'll have no regrets with The GEM of...
